Connection mode of submersible pump cable

1. Insulation layer with outer sheath and main pump submersible pump cable, exposed copper wire 35-40mm, repair rubber near core into cone, polish oxide core clean, wipe core and insulation layer and sheath layer with alcohol (preferably hydrochloric acid), let it dry naturally.

3. Prepare 500W electric soldering iron, rosin, soldering tin, LMM bare copper wire and insulating tape.


4. The cable core shall be evenly tied with bare copper wire, and the electric soldering iron shall heat and infiltrate tin evenly. Polish the welded part smooth with a file (no burrs and sharp hooks are allowed), wipe the alcohol-wrapped part clean and let dry.


5. Use self-adhesive butyl tape to wrap the three layers in half and gradually extend to the outside of the core. Packaging, the tape must be stretched 200%, and then use PVC tape half package 3 layers, also gradually outward extension, to ensure that the packaging part is not shorter than 200mm.


6. When connecting the three-core cable, the position of the three-core submersible pump cable should be staggered a certain distance to prevent short circuit.


7. Wiring method when the lead submersible pump cable is a double-lead cable


1) after the submersible pump cable is connected, measure the insulation resistance between the cable and the motor (without adding water), not less than 150 megabytes.


2) after the motor is filled with water, the insulation resistance of the motor winding shall not be lower than 40megohm.


3) turn on the power and test the steering (no more than 2 seconds). Mark the corresponding position,


4) start drilling: during drilling, continuously measure the insulation resistance of submersible water pump cable and observe its change to prevent the cable insulation skin from hanging on the shaft wall. If the insulation level is found to drop rapidly below 0.5 megohm, the device should be taken out for testing. If no accident occurs, the completion of the well can begin a test run through the previous steps.
